Moist, juicy doner kebab, made from halal, Fresh boneless chicken legs. Seasoned with tomato paste, herbs, and spices, and layered onto the skewer by our skilled Chicken doner Kebab makers. Simply unwrap and place onto your doner grill, cook and thinly slice, then serve in a pitta or tortilla with salad,. Ideal for kebab shops, Mediterranean restaurants, fish and chip shops, and takeaways.
USAGE INFORMATION
1- Remove the Kebab wrapping and set the Kebab on the grill.
2 -Light burners and regulate gas intensity so the Kebab cooks evenly, do not have the burners too close to the Kebab as it will burn rather than cook evenly and flavour will be impaired.
3 -Slice the Kebab thinly, temperature of cooked slices should be more than +74°C, a temperature probe can be used for accuracy.
4 -If not served immediately, hold the cooked slices of Kebab in a Bain Marie operating at +63°C minimum.
5 -Keep the griddle slices utensils always clean and use disposable paper towels rather than cloths as these are more hygienic.
6 -It is recommended that any unused product should be discarded and not carried over for next day consumption
